If you see a blank cube (no data) then please reprocess any files loaded in the last 12 hours (from 6am-6pm Sydney time 18 Sept, from 9pm to 9am London time 17/18 Sept)

We believe the issue has now been resolved. A Root Cause Analysis (RCA) will be shared here once available

We are observing calls to microsoft graph api timing out which may impact SyncAccess, Deploy Cube, Process Cube and accessing PowerBi dashboards as the auth is timing out.

We have raised an incident with Microsoft incident to address this. Updates to follow.
